The Opportunity
Our team comes with deep industry seniority and an extensive network of established relationships. Because we already have the veteran experience covered, we aren’t looking for another senior executive.
Instead, we are looking for a highly eager, and driven entry-level professional to join our ranks. This is a unique opportunity to learn from industry veterans, get hands-on experience in a cutting-edge field, and build a foundational career in technical business development.

What You Will Do
You will work directly alongside our senior team, gaining exposure to the full sales cycle. Your core responsibilities will include:
Market Research: Mapping out the landscape, identifying key industry players, and spotting emerging opportunities for onocoy.
Prospect Engagement: Reaching out to and consistently following up with new leads and prospects.
Relationship Management: Building trust and maintaining active, positive relationships with our customers. Coordinating pre- and after-sales service and support with the technical team
Deal Support: Shadowing and assisting the senior team through the entire sales pipeline, ultimately learning how to drive a deal all the way to the finish line.
Who You Are
Eager & Driven: You are hungry to learn, willing to hustle, and excited to break into the tech and business development space. If you have relevant experience in this area, even better.
Tech-Curious: You have a genuine interest in high-precision GNSS, Web3, and how blockchain can disrupt traditional industries.
Communicative: You have excellent interpersonal skills and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, send an email, or spark up a conversation.
Autonomous: You are self-driven, don’t need daily task lists, and prioritize your work in line with overall goals. You seek guidance and contributions from team colleagues when the need arises
Flexible: You are comfortable working from a home office environment while staying closely aligned with a fast-paced startup team.
Adventurous: You are excited about the prospect of occasional travel to meet partners and showcase our tech on a global stage.
Location: Ideally, you are based in the Zurich area to allow for occasional in-person collaboration, though remote work is supported if there is a decent timezone overlap with central Europe
